Dr. S.D. Liebhauser has a passion for Biblically-based servant leadership which he prefers to call “Christocentric Leadership.” As a retired member of the United States Air Force, S.D. has enjoyed the opportunity to both follow and lead while serving his country. He is currently the Executive Director of three academies designed to motivate “at-risk” youth to explore STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) concepts and future careers. In addition, S.D. is an adjunct professor teaching leadership and management courses. He received his Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree from Regent University in 2017. His experiences in these careers in addition to his research in Leadership Theory have motivated him to encourage others to pursue “Christocentric Leadership” based on Christ’s pronouncement that He “…came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” He strongly believes that the servant-focused model increases one’s ability to effectively lead in any environment while producing future “Christocentric Leaders.”
